Welcome to DecoDreamer, a product of Imtiyaz Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DecoDreamer application, website, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Use of Services

DecoDreamer provides AI-powered interior design transformation services. You may use our services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features or services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payments

Some of our services require a subscription. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

User Content

Our services allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content such as room photos and design preferences ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.

By uploading User Content to our services, you grant Imtiyaz Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload or share through our services and must ensure that you have all necessary rights to that content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Use our services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or any systems or networks connected to our services
• Use our services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Collect or harvest any information from our services without authorization

The DecoDreamer application, website, and all content, features, and functionality thereof (excluding User Content), are owned by Imtiyaz Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent. You also may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our services unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imtiyaz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
